Clean and new hotel with nice rooms and a good balcony. Great value for money and highly recommended to others. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good water pressure and comfortable beds. Free bottled water, powerful shower, and efficient air conditioning. Laundry facilities and simple but fine breakfast available.

This accommodation was conveniently located near great restaurants and the lake, making it easy to explore the area. the lobby was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was immaculate and had impressive facilities, like a balcony and comfortable bed. the shower was powerful and hot, and provided excellent water pressure. the laundry facilities were useful, and the air conditioning worked efficiently.

The WiFi connection was limited and only allowed for two devices to be connected at a time.

The hotel is fairly new and the bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Free bottled water was provided every day, which was a nice touch. The staff were nice and helpful, calling taxis at no extra charge. Laundry facilities were available.

The location was not great, being far from restaurants and shops. It was also noisy outside, with vendors on loudspeakers and motorcycles with no mufflers.

I recently stayed at the Residence in Khon Kaen for a few nights and it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the access to a washing machine, which was a convenient bonus. I had a lovely stay at the Residence.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, very close to the city center, so I could explore the city easily. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They always assisted me when I needed anything. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and I loved the variety of options available.

Got complementary bottled water and yummy breakfast for free! it was very near the town center, that gave us the chance to windowshop all day!

The room was very noisy due to its proximity to the prison, that caused loudspeaker screams all morning! we didn't like the tepid shower that made us feel colder after showering!

the experience was fantastic! the male manager was extremely friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. He even called taxis for me at no extra charge, unlike some other hotels that get a kickback for calling a taxi. the hotel building is fairly new, which is evident from the nice decorations and near-new furniture. the bed was a pleasant surprise, as it was soft and comfortable, unlike the usual cement-hard beds. the water pressure in the shower was good, although the drainage could be improved.

Another plus was the Mini Bar, although it was not restocked the next day. CONS: the only downside is that the hotel is Not obvious to find.
